Bedrooms:
The main master bedroom large and is in the tower on the first floor it has its own balcony overlooking the local bushland, an Immaculate en-suite with a TV, private area and a French King sized bed. The other two bedrooms have a view overlooking the swimming pool and have Queen sized beds.

Bathrooms:
The master bathroom has the latest bathroom fittings such as a shower unit, storage cupoboards and sliding doors accessing the bedroom. The downstairs bathroom has a full size bath inside a rain shower and there is a separate toilet also.

Kitchen:
A gourmet kitchen designed with marble and German fittings, a large 2 door fridge and freezer unit, a dish washer, a commercial cook-top/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and other utensils provided.

Utility Room:
This is a laundry/utility room with a large modern washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and a spare fridge.

Living Room:
Open plan living room, a huge sofa, coffee table, a large plasma television and home entertainment centre, spot lighting and wall lamps.

Internet Wifi is available, there is a separate room accessed from the living room that can be used as a spare room or office or even storage.

Villa Baron has three steps leading up to the main entrance and the ground floor, guests with disabilities will find all the facilities they need on the ground floor with ease.

At the back of the villa there is a salt water swimming pool enclosed in high walls giving you the privacy and security needed. Certain areas around the pool have been decked and made in to shade areas with sun beds provided.A BBQ area is just off the pool side with its own gas fuelled BBQ and small area for dining. Extra sun lounge beds surround the pool on the terrace and the parking space at the front is enough for 2 cars the parking area is a covered parking area. A small garden brings colour with exotic plants and the odd palm tree.
